This is the story of an ambitious Decepticon’s rise to power.
This is Straxus. History remembers him as a Decepticon warlord who ruled over Darkmount – but history, as we know, is seldom correct.
Straxus was one of the Nine Great Destron Generals in Megatron’s army – the most favoured one, in fact.
Straxus persuaded one third of Megatron’s army to join him.
Wipeout, loyal retainer to a Decepticon city.
Mindset, a second generation Decepticon shock trooper.
Lockdown, a very animated Decepticon bounty hunter.
Banzaitron, a master of Decepticon martial arts actions.
Lugnut, as slow-witted as he is an animated Decepticon.
Powerdive, a Decepticon skilled at using his rotor forces to fight.
Axor, who’s actions show he’s a master of sniping.
And of course, Straxus, a Decepticon marvel.
But Megatron discovered Straxus’ treachery and quashed the rebellion.
And cast Straxus and his prideful traitors out of the Decepticon ranks.
Dejected, Straxus and his army travelled far, far away.
As the defeated Decepticons shut down one night…
Straxus found himself in a strange dream.
He was haunted by nightmares of Megatron taunting and surrounding him.
“Please!” cried Straxus. “Somebody, help me!”
When he looked up, they were gone – only to be replaced by an ominous figure.
“To win, you must seek out the Fuhrer Scrash, the last Emperor of Destruction. He will tell you what you must do next.”
Straxus awoke with a start. He knew where Scrash was.
Straxus looked sadly at his sleeping followers. This was a task he had to fulfill on his own.
Straxus overcame mountains…
Deep valleys…
And other strange things.
Straxus came upon strange symbols and came closer. Not a wise move, of course.
“Whom do you seek?”
“The Fuhrer Scrash, the last Emperor of Destruction.”
“You must complete the trinity. Step upon the third glyph… if you dare.”
“I dare.”
For nothing could quell the ambition of Straxus.
And in a flash, Straxus found himself in front of an ancient Transformer.
“I am Scrash, the last survivor of the Machine Wars.”
But little did Straxus know that the real Scrash was behind him.
And he was not pleased.
